Studying the Law of Attraction, setting intentions, staying hopeful and still not receiving what you desire? There are tips and tricks that you may not be aware of that may help you achieve your goals easier. Manifesting your desires can be simple when you understand how your subconscious mind, your emotions and beliefs are constantly broadcasting a frequency which continually send Source messages about what to bring into your physical experience. With following these 8 practices, manifesting your desires can become effortless.
1. Be Specific About Your Desires: Describe & Visualize
The more specific you are about what you want to manifest, the easier it is for Source to bring those things into your physical reality. Describing, visualizing and feeling the details of what you desire will allow you to manifest in ease. For example, if you desire a new job, describe the type of work you’ll be doing, the location, the salary, etc. If you desire a new home, describe specific features of the home and visualize how you want it to look. The power of visualization is extremely important for manifesting your desires, as the images of your subconscious mind are constantly being projected out into your physical reality, attracting them into your existence. Be clear and precise about what you want, to make the manifestation process quicker and easier.
2. Live as If You’ve Already Received It
Mark 11:24 “…whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
A great secret to manifesting is to live, feel and believe as if you’ve already received your desires. How would you live and behave differently right now, if you already received what you asked for? Remember that you are constantly broadcasting your unique frequency signature which communicates with Source about how to respond to you. When you intentionally act as if your desired reality already exists, your vibrational frequency becomes matched to it. This makes it much easier for Source to bring those desires into your existence, since your subconscious mind already believes its yours. It’s also important to examine beliefs about receiving – do you believe you are worthy of receiving your desires? Do you believe it’s possible to receive your desires? In truth, you already have everything, since all possibilities are available to you – it’s about believing, feeling and living as if it’s already yours.
3. Trust and Allowance
“When you trust in yourself, you are trusting in the same wisdom that created you. When you fail to trust in yourself, when you fail to love yourself, you are denying your own Divinity, and therefore attracting the opposite of what The Source is.”

A major foundation for the ability to manifest is simply: trust. Trust that you are in the process of receiving what you seek and trust that you have the ability to do this in ease. If it’s taking longer than you expected to receive what you asked for, do not lose trust. The stronger your faith is that your desires are manifesting, the more support you are given from Source. Allowance is your ability to receive, and involves being in a state of non-resistance. Being resistant closes you off, energetically, to receiving what you desire. If you receive something other than what you ask for, do not resist it – stay open – this could be a step in receiving your desires.
4. Drop Expectations & Attachments

Are you asking for something, while trying to control how it should or shouldn’t be delivered to you? Are you attached to the outcome of what will happen? These mental habits make the window for effortless manifestation much smaller. Be clear about what you want (tip #1), but release any expectations of how you will receive it, and the idea that you need to receive it, in general. Control is a mechanism of the ego-mind, whose main purpose is to survive. Ego’s attempt to control the flow of things stems from fear and unsupportive belief systems. Any worry, fear or limiting beliefs you add to your energetic frequency signals that you are uncertain about the ability of Source to bring you what you desire.
5. Be Consistent & Excited

A difficulty many experience in manifesting and creating happiness in general, is maintaining a supportive, high vibrational frequency. Your energetic frequency is constantly changing based on what’s happening in your day-to-day life – in particular, your emotions and thoughts. The more your vibration consistently matches the vibration of your desires, the more effortlessly you can attract them. Let’s talk about emotions. How do you feel when you ask for your desires? Are you asking in a state of stress, or enthusiasm? Being excited and joyful about your desires is key to attracting them faster, as like attracts like. If you ask while in a state of lack, you will receive lack. Source also responds to your level of desire. How much do you really desire what you are asking for? 6. Be Grateful for What You Have
Manifesting your desires while not actively being grateful for what you already have is challenging. Gratitude is a powerful and magnetic practise that changes the state of your energy field from resistance to allowance (tip # 3). You attract your desires and more blessings when you genuinely appreciate your current ones. Before asking for something, consider everything you already have, such as simply living, having food, water, shelter, etc. The research and neuroscience of gratitude is growing fast, and it states that practising gratitude works as a natural antidepressant, releasing dopamine and serotonin which activate the brain’s natural reward center. This puts you in a state of allowance and receiving rewards (tip #3), making it more effortless to attract your desires, based on your energetic frequency.
7. Positive Affirmations
Positive affirmations, particularly “I am” statements, are extremely helpful in making manifestation more effortless. Positive affirmations are statements to declare in your head or out loud several times a day that work to re-program your beliefs and subconscious mind in a supportive and abundant reality. This is key because your mind always works to attract what you think about and focus on.
